Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund, today announced that royalties for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 were up 6.4% over the second quarter of 2007 to $9.4 million. Distributable cash(1) for the second quarter increased 3.8% to $6.7 million, up from $6.5 million in the second quarter of 2007.
